It looked more like they were assembling/servicing/refurbishing them to me m8, the guy seemed to not know wtf he was on about. I mean he called an artillery luger a "nazi gun" also notice the SPAS12 was labelled "italian rifle"

You'll also notice the kids were sorting through piles of expended brass and reloading them.
I imagine they'd have milling benches and all that stuff as well, but it most certainly would be way more inefficient for them to manufacture shit from scratch. I reckon there'd be "Jawas" who go round collecting old weapons from whatever-the-fuck war, take thme back there to the guys who make a business of restoring them.
