Also, within the first like 10 seconds of the video, theres some cartoon racing game called "modnation" - with a specific art style and a focus on customisation... ... which is a direct ripoff of an indy game made in ogre called "zero gear"

The way the current games industry milks the successfully ideas makes me sick. It seems we have an innovation then two or three years of everyone just copying them.
I guess it's not limited to the games industry tho.
